did you adjust any font sizes or DPI settings?
I have a problem with screen graphics too it’s different. Odd blue streaks fly across the environment and objects float in places they’er not suppost to be.
Is your GPU overclocked (custom or factory OC) ??
If it is ether type of OC, try downclocking slightly. What can happen somtimes even with facotry OC’d GPU’s is that a game will come along that pushes a combination of components on the board harder than what was used to test the OC, resulting in artifacting or crahsing.

that is a graphical tear typically caused by a bad driver

Reinstall the latest graphics driver that is compatible with your system.
