I have not tested it yet, but tonight I have plans to test performance first thing.

How does sever side improve FPS? It sounds more like network lag optimization to me.
Server side will never impact fps, if you want better fps, get better hardware, as everything is rendered client side. Server side will help with skill lag and the like, it will not help with FPS.
Ya I wasnt thinking when I wrote that lol.
I haven’t been in any big zergs to see if there has been any improvement on skill lag etc.
I think I read the post about optimizations and got excited.

Optimizations server side have no impact, all they did was move the settings and make them controllable by the client, if you run the same settings the performance stays the same. That was a change to culling and not a server side optimization.
