Posing from Singapore, I have brought the heroic digital edition few days ago, up till yesterday, I manage to squeeze out time to start playing, feeling excited as I have checked alot of reviews and noted that Anet has been actively updating new content every 2 weeks which is a superb thing for MMO.
At the start of creating the character, everything is smooth, the nightmare started after my character was created, as soon as my character spawn in the game world, I am disconnected (how i know? there is no response to any npc or mobs interactions, plus I have been playing MMO for years) Error code=7:11:3:191:101 has been keep poping up on every attempt to log in to the game world, I gave out after more than half hour of trying. I have tried restarting the computer, the internet but I am still disconnecting like crazy.
Do note that: I have alot other MMO games in my computer but they do not have any connection issues.
I felt that I was cheated to buy this game, as the connection sucks big time and I am unable to play at all. Disconnected in less than a minute.

Please assist in solving this Error code=7:11:3:191:101 issues (I have gone through the tech support site) it seems that you are not interested to aid on this issues but I am more than happy to try out the methods you suggest to fix this issues but if you are unable to provide any solution , you can just refund my money.

What server did you choose as your Home server? Maybe try Guesting on a server that’s closer to you geographically (Singapore)?

Your technical issue and any request for a refund needs to be addressed via a support ticket, not in this forum. Players here may be able to provide suggestions, but this is not normally where ANet agents provide specific technical support.

A large part of this may be due to the home server you selected and the internet route being used to connect to that particular server. Unfortunately, I do not think ANet has any Asian based servers (but I could be wrong there).

No anet no longer has asian based servers the best you’ll be able to do is a european server.
Anyway I kept having disconnects out of nowhere when I had 2 separate keyboards active. i.e. I had the english keyboard and the chinese (for Taiwan) active and for some reason it would cause the game client to crash. At least that’s what anet told me and since only having one keyboard active i have not had the crashing issue. If you are running windows and have more than one keyboard active then i’d disable one.
If that’s not the issue then try putting all your gfx settings to lowest, GW2 is gfx intense and can overload your pc. There are so many things that could be of issue.
If you are stalling out by your character just running but no npc interaction or whatever you may be low on memory. Getting more RAM would solve that. Your gfx card may not be able to handle the gw2 gfx or your resolution could be either too high or set to a resolution your gfx card can’t handle. I could list about 30 things off the top of my head that could cause game client failure but those are the most common. If all that isnt the issue then try reinstalling the client and/or getting more bandwidth.

Its not any of those. Im on a US based server running 1 keyboard, 16 gb of DDR5 ram, Radeon HD 7700 graphics card, 6 core processor.

After re installing several times, i still get the same code he gets. This is not a problem with our computers, but a problem with Anet. after several tickets with them, they jsut tell me its my ISP. Kinda weird how they monitor only our house in vegas. Because all my other friends in vegas can run GW2 without a hitch. (Btw, all my other MMO games run flawlessly)

ANET has some issues and they are nto fixing. I also vote, Fix it or refund me kitten well.

i have the same problem i get random disconect whit this error ( Code 7:11:3:191:101 ) , i am from europe, i have this problem from 4-6 days now, i think is from last update.

are more ppl whit this problem
