Guild Wars 2

I start the download, and the guild wars 2 log in screen pops up. However, when I type my account information in, it just sits there with the refresher icon and doesn’t log in. No errors pop up, and the download never continues. I know my account information is right because I made my account and started on my friends computer. Any suggestions?

Yup I have the exact same problem.(when I first installed the game months ago I didn’t have any problem)

Hello again, I’ve fixed it.

I will explain how I fixed it.
I ran Gw2setup.exe and after some stuff started downloading and the incomplete launcher appeared I opened the task manager I’ve found the GW2.exe process and then I right click it to open the file location, it led me to a temporary folder (C:\Users\Me\AppData\Local\Temp) where I’ve found Gw2.exe and launched it, then the normal launcher appeared and it started patching and downloading the whole game.
