Very Low Ping
Ping rarely have anything to do with comp specs so your post doesnt make any sense unless you actually meant fps instead of ping. Then i can suggest you to update graphic card drivers and/or lower graphic settings in game.

Your specs aren’t exactly high end. You’re using integrated graphics on what I would assume is a notebook (as the AMD E2-1800 APU is used for notebooks). Guild Wars 2 is not going to run very well on your computer. I suggest you lower your graphics settings to the minimum possible.
