I cannot enjoy this game without having frequent crashing. I cannot understand that for a game that has been out for a month that this issue is still a major one for a lot of players yet nothing has been done to rectify it.

I’m not posting my specs or anything like that (you have a kitten load of my crash reports sent to you)

Just please make it very clear as to what you are actually doing to make this game playable for more than half of your customers.

im curious to this question as well. Getting tired of the random disconnects and lag problems.

Maybe, but this is an acknowledged fault but there has been no further information for weeks. Plus if it actually were a hardware fault I wouldn’t be complaining that it wasn’t working.

What is acknowledged? How can they acknowledge a “crash” ?? A crash is a crash, 90% of the time your system crashes it’s a hardware issue. Believe it or not, your system may not be stable just because it can run “OTHER” games…

This game stresses your system WELL beyond other titles. Actually this game stresses your system even more than Rift & that was relentless.

Believe it or not, your system may not be stable just because it can run “OTHER” games…

Either way i haven’t got a reply from them anyway and I don’t even think they’ve posted anything on these forums saying “To our dedicated fans, we’re sorry for the issues and are looking into these matters to try an resolve everything as quick as possible”. Where is the customer appreciation. It sucks that i had to trade in some fav games of mine AND shell out some cash just so I could get this game. I’ve read plenty of these forums and a lot of people are having the same problems if not slightly different. We all have the right to be upset, I’m a big fan of GW but i wasnt expecting this. I got a brand new computer for THIS game that from what I’ve seen passed recommended specs on plenty of sites, i test my gpu on the nvidia site it passed.

Never played rift, sorry. I don’t believe we’re all having hardware issues. My friends are experiencing the same things. and if that’s the actual case then they need to take a look at what they have for system requirements an change it.

Im beginning to believe its the game thats causing alot of these crashes as i too play other games and have no issues. Mine was crashing only once and then being fine for the day however sunday it did it 10 times in a row before i gave up trying to play.

Hopeing when i play again it only crashes the once. At least after it crashed once, i could play for as long as i want without an issue.

I highly doubt it in this specific case.. I just finished building a new PC and I get constant client crashes only in WvW which are completely random. All other games run perfectly fine for hours and I also tested my system against several stress tests with no problems.
