Guild Wars 2

Hello, I like to listen to music when I play but for some reason I can’t use my global key commands when playing GW2 (Even in the launcher) to change the music playing in the background .

Is this intentional or is there a work around ?

It’s quite possible that’s what is causing the issue. I use iTunes for my music when playing games and GW2 is the only game I have issues with. I ended up creating a profile with my BlackWidow Ultimate Keyboard and switched around the keys I normally would use to different ones.
