Ok I am wanting to get a new laptop because mine has gone to crap. I fix one thing something els happens it wasnt working for GW2 anyways so oh well.

So i am looking at getting this other laptop but i do not want to get a 500 to 1000 laptop i just do not have the money. I see one that i think might work but i just do not want to get lag and horrible graphics because i got a cheap computer.

It will “work” but definitely not the best arround, if u are buying one of those AMD APUs u should get the A10 or A8 at least price difference is like 80$, but u will be getting 4 CPU cores instead 2. For under 700$ is the very best u can get for general low/mid range gaming. For GW2 is not very good tho, game is really CPU and GPU heavy for a laptop, a propper laptop to run GW2 decentlly should be arround 1200-1500$ at least. If u are not willing to spend that kind of money on a laptop just go straight for the AMD A10 APU series (buy yourself a good 1866/2133mhz memory kit it will boost performance a lot) or build a desktop.

As for the laptop you found…if you can’t spend over 500 on a laptop and want to play Guild Wars 2 on it, don’t expect much in the performance department. An A8 at 1.9Ghz, I question how well that would run even in normal PvE.

If you’re a fan of WvW and large DEs then this may not be enough to be considered playable (15fps) in these more intense situations.

As others have said, I think your best bet is to get an A10 at a decent clock and ditch a dedicated graphics card to make sure you stay under the 500 dollar budget.
