Will this graphics card run guild wars 2?
Just realized I’m gonna be needing a low profile graphics card, since i have one of those mini towers. I only noticed the replacement slots at the top. It seems I’d just leave the old card in it as well since it doesn’t even come out. I have an emachines EL 1352
maybe even this card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=14-102-882&SortField=0&SummaryType=0&Pagesize=10&PurchaseMark=&SelectedRating=-1&VideoOnlyMark=False&VendorMark=&IsFeedbackTab=true&Page=3#scrollFullInfo would work better for my comp since my psu is only 220.
Good lord. Homie, save up for a new computer.

Get the HD7750
It is currently the optimal option to keep your system alive for a bit longer.
All other cards just aren´t worth the seemingly cheaper price.
Though you still won´t get very happy with this game as it hates AMD, and that AthlonII 220 just doesn´t cut it.
I have a PhenomII 965 x4 and I about gave up on this game.
But at least you´ll be able to play other games that way.
BTW if you have Win7 installed, do yourself a favor and get the free ISOs for the 64bit version from Microsoft and reinstall your system. You´ll use your full 4GB that way and especially GW2 will run with less problems.
You can register it without problem with the key of your current 32bit version, that you hopefully haven´t lost.

Your system REALLY needs a full upgrade.
A gaming rig needs keeping up to date every2 to 4 years depending on how high performance the parts were at the start of its life.
Yours is welll past its life. It doesnt cost much to build a new computer. If you want to go all out to play GW2 as good as it can be then $1000 would do. Which isnt much in the computer gaming world.
If you want a new computer than can run GW2 good .but not at its best, then maybe $500-700 would do it.
Anything less and its not really going to be a gaming rig.

Getting that video card into his system doesn’t do anything. He will still see 4-5FPS.
He just need a brand new computer. Build one.

I would have to disagree, based on the specs listed. pixelfool.4918r has an integrated solution that is lower than the minimum requirements. Upgrading to a dedicated solution like the HD7750 could be enough to shift the bottleneck from the GPU to the CPU which might just be enough to play the game.

It might be enough, sure. But what it will absolutely be is a waste of money. When he buys a new computer that card won’t do him any good. He’s so far behind he needs to start from scratch.
You can build a decent gaming computer for five hundred dollars or so, certainly one that will run GW2. Not great, but it’ll work. You already have a monitor so that defrays the costs a lot.
