Would moving from GTX560 to...
WvW zergs = CPU side.
If u want better performance u will have to Overclock ur CPU and/or set ur culling settings low (i.e dont have them both on highest.. have them on medium) ..or get a new CPU like a intel i5 4670k (not a AMD CPU becouse u will be in the same boat u r now unfortuantly)

So I picked up the GTX 770 and my fps went from max 90 to max 154 which is pretty sweet. On average it’s around 80 in busy areas. WVW I’m at around 60, big zerg fights still drops down to around 18 which is an improvement. I do have an I7 950 you would think this would be enough lol Win 7, 64 8 gig ram 1600 DDR3, game is on an SSD. I’m not upgrading anymore to get this stupid game to work in pvp. It’s turning into a high end machine.

As SolarNova said, its your CPU giving you issues in WvW battles. I have the same processor basically, just overclocked higher and I run into similar issues. Everyone thinks it would be enough if the game’s engine would be redone to more efficiently use your processor’s cores. Your CPU usage will never see 100% with just Guild Wars 2 running because it can’t utilize all that multiple core power.
