Would this laptop run GW2?
I believe I’m using a very similar setup, though mine is an AMD-A6-4300 with a 6520G.
The only times I have trouble are in very large scale events or WvW. I run on low settings, with rendering on the middle setting (can’t recall the name).

Yes it will run it fine. I am at this moment running it on an i7 720m, 4 gigs of ram with a ati 5730.
I would go for a laptop with the A10 processor, or A8 at least, the A4 will struggle in GW2. Those are avaliable for arround 500$
