awesomium_process ?
no, the process you saw is the process that runs the built in web browser the game uses for displaying trading post related material.
the warning about the password should be clickable to expand with more information (I believe so). Its a genuine warning from ArenaNet, and If i saw it I would change my password immediately to be on the safe side.

Ah, thanks for the reply. I was getting a bit worried there about that process been opened in the background.
I read that Anet are informing about 40% to change there password at the minute, and then the rest later. Security messures i guess. Am trying to add a google authenticator at the minute to my account but that does seem to work either.
Just tried the trading post, and yes the process came up again.
“awesomium_process.exe”
At least thats eased my mind a little, thanks again
If you cannot currently enable authenticator then enable email verification, this basic form of security will atleast prevent those that know your password gaining access without you accepting the log in credentials.
also a new password only adds to better security, use an approved password generator and generator a fairly strong, and long (10 or more characters) password. This should be unique to GW2 and should keep you safe in the mean time.

How do we enable the email authenticator ? I cannot see anything like that in the security section of my account ?
Nope.
It’s this: http://awesomium.com/
The Black Lion Trading Post is actually an HTML page embedded in a game panel.
