I played around with my refresh rate, and now I can’t see my screen to change it at all. Is there any way to edit your options outside of the game?

calm down. more and clear info would also be appreciated.

so do you still see your desktop and such outside of the game?
i guess, if you can still see the forums…well, you might be online with a phone or something…
if yes, go to “C\Users\”your-windows-name"\My Documents\Guild Wars 2\" and delete the “local.dat” file.

I have no local.dat

Enable the ability to see hidden folders first.

Control panel > Folder options > Under the View Tab click on Show hidden files, folders, drives. click apply and close the screen.

Now go to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Guild Wars 2

Local.dat will be located in that folder wich will otherwise be hidden.

To both wauwi.9162 and Caedmon.6798, I say Thank You. I accidentally set my resolution too high for the monitor, so my game was stuck. Finding the .dat file saved me. Thanx.
