Helo guys. i have a big problem…with the FPS …. its geting down way to low …and then back up…it works very ….bad for my pc spec…..what’s the problem ???

i have a GTX 680 phantom
16gb ram
i5 processor

With …high..graph or low …or very low..etc…i have same fps…and i have the same problem even if i change the res to 1024… still fps drops way low then..get back up… and ..some times…game works in “slow motion”

how do i change the pci-e buss its says like this

card supports pci- expres X16 -version 2.0

And it RUNS at PCI EXPRES X1 not at x16 – version 1

what do i do ??

The way you describe it means that you have a CPU bottleneck issue as many of us do. They apparently are trying to improve this issue.

but i cant change it do x16?? from x1???

Make sure its installed in the top slot for the video card on your motherboard. I’ve seen alot of people install it in the second slot because it would not fit in the top.
