Guild Wars 2

My friend has been trying to play gw2 for awhile now, but every time he fires up the client for the login screen, the game continually makes him re-download every file for the game. What my question is why is the game not saving to his computer and why does it force him to re-download all the files again and again?

would that have anything to do with it re-downloading?

he says he has multiple clients downloaded. does he have to delete the others in order for the files to save?

yeah It wasn’t downloaded to the C drive, so that was probably the issue
