i tried to log in today and the launcher is stuck at 0KB (0KB/sec), i have to close the program using the task manager because it wont close else
does anyone know how to fix this problem using simple explanations and clear instructions as i am no good with technical things

Try changing your language to something else, let it complete download and then log back out and change it back to English. There’s a problem with the English initial download update apparently.

do you know how to change the language??

A person on the Mac forums said they had this issue and he said “changing the language in the top right corner caused the whole patch to re-download and complete” he did note that Spanish did not work, but French did. Try to let the file download completely before switching back to your default language. (the devs recommend waiting 10-20 minutes, but some peeps have reported it taking overnight plus several more hours)

This may or may not work for you guys, but maybe if a dev sees it, it could help then to troubleshoot this issue.

Please post back and let me know if this interesting suggestion works for any of you.

Changing the language to french, installing the patch it automatically starts, then changing it back to English totally fixed my game.

I cant change the language, there is no option in the top right, what am I meant to do?

O just checking the image again, not quite the same. Mine was stuck at the main login page where changing the language option was available on the top right.

Aimster, do you ever get past that version of the screen? If not, you may need a ticket to get any further.

I have the same problem as here and can’t seem to find a fix on google, any breakthrough’s in the last month? :P {however unlike other cases I appear to be able to close with the X}

Recently encountered this same error.. stuck at a 0 progress screen. Anyone have a suggestion?

Also my if anyone uses AVG turn it off and launch it this is for anyone having that problem and the language trick didn’t work

• Close your game completely.
• Ensure your game is set to Run As Administrator in the shortcut’s Properties > Compatibility tab.
• See if your game can start up properly.

I am also having this issue now. the game worked last night.

I had the same issue where the screen wouldn’t even get to the part where you can change language. Changing the property to Run as Admin worked for me.
