That’s because it’s a netbook, well netbook guts. Very low end dual core CPU, even lower end graphics.

Congrats on getting the game to run on a computer it shouldn’t be running on. I believe the minimum specification was a dual core running at 2Ghz. Your CPU is a dual core but it clocks in at 1.3Ghz. Also, the embedded graphics lies just above the minimum graphics requirement.
A tip I would give is if you actually want to play games, get a real computer.
