perfectly normal for that laptop. There really isnt anything you can do to get better WvW Zerg FPS with out buying a new machine.

1.6ghz yikes .. But i see you have some stuff on medium like Amount of ppl you see and how many are HQ turn every thing low and you might get 15-20fps

Also turn your teams names off
