When do you see this? is it all the time or after a while in game? if it starts after your in game for a bit it could be from overheating.
As myng said make sure your drivers are up to date. Clean the vents on your laptop with a can of air to ensure proper air flow. Keep it on a hard surface so the vents are not obstructed. Hopefully its just a driver or heat issue that can be easily(ish?) resolved.

Try downloading the latest drivers.
If you have no idea which one you need you can download this tool

i tried updating m driver now, i went to AMD website and downloaded it.then when i tried to install the update it says “can’t perform update due to incompatability” now what does that mean?
You downloaded the wrong one. Is your computer 32-bit or 64-bit?

Technical Support
Hi giancarlo – If you’re unable to install either of the AMD driver updates, it is possible this is due to the specific laptop manufacturer that you have. For example Toshiba laptops generally need to get driver updates from the laptop manufacturer rather than the Nvidia or AMD website.
If updating your video card drivers doesn’t resolve the issue for you then I would suggest trying a DirectX update. The game client requires the latest DirectX 9 components; this is true even if you have DirectX 10 or higher already installed. Please follow the instructions at Microsoft’s web site to install the newest DirectX 9 update:
Please be sure to save the file to your Windows desktop. Then create a new folder on the desktop and extract the DirectX files into it. Once they have been extracted open the new folder and use the DXsetup file to install DirectX.

No problem just let me know how it works out.
Here’s a threat from guildwarsguru with ppl having the same problem ..
Clearly showing it’s a driver issue.
http://www.guildwars2guru.com/topic/53031-cant-fix-blue-box-pixels-any-suggestions/
I had the same problem when running Guild Wars 2. I updated drivers but it didn’t go away. Changing the rendering sampling to subsample (blurry graphics) or super (very low FPS) worked but wasn’t the best fix. I downloaded the newest Catalyst application profiles from AMD:
http://sites.amd.com/us/game/downloads/pages/crossfirex-app-profiles.aspx
and now everything works perfectly. Might fix the problem your having.

errr…im still seing them blue boxes sir raskyn and gibbel. i already updated the driver, and downloaded the file as what you posted sir raskyn.but it’s still the same… why it’s not working on me. T_T
There are probally some old driver files lingering in your system.
You should uninstall your ATI display drivers.
Then start windows in save mode and run Driver sweeper.
http://www.guru3d.com/content_page/guru3d_driver_sweeper.html
After your removed all ATI display drivers files.
Restart windows in to normal mode and install the latest drivers that worked for you.
