Not true. I capped SE tower with 39 people.

That was SE camp, not tower Blod. Even then, it was a tough battle against those upgraded npc’s.

I stand corrected – I am still learning the difference between camps and towers. Also, I keep standing in these square spaces in the center of our map, but no cookies rain from the sky, no matter how much I dance around. I am confused.

Tomorrow I might try to take a camp with only 38 people. Who’s with me??? We can do this!

1) FA for the most part is a class act. Give tough fights and talk minimal kitten.

2) Mag’s also gives good fights but their pvf is overrated. Heard so many stories of it’s legendary caliber and it turns out to be the same childish i’m better then you because you suck grade school kitten like all other servers. Disappointing, was hoping for more.

3) SBI needs to stop chest thumping and saying look at the ppt. Not sure if it’s new transfers or other, but it looks bad. SBI is about the fights, not the points.

EPIC! Battle in SBI hills last night, that’s the most fun I’ve had in awhile. Thanks Beast we did good and held our own for awhile. Sucks I had to leave after round three though. I need to find a job that doesn’t require 13 hr days. ALK awesome job leading! TE and Olaf good job also thanks for the help! Look forward to it again tonight lets have some fun.

I think this thread is missing some 2v1 QQ so I propose that FA and Mags form an alliance and double team SBI.

Because of the silly Glicko system SBI is making a lot of points. Given that Mags wants in gold, and I can only assume my old server mates on FA want in gold, it is in both of our interests for SBI to score as little as possible so that we can both over come SoS in points. Why gamble on next weeks draw, when we can both get some extra points now.

SBI likely has no interest in gold anyways given they all transferred to get to the top of silver, so it is really a win for everyone involved.

Granted FA gives us better fights and thus it is punishing ourselves to not fight FA, but I think of it as short term pain for long term gain. We could just continue the alliance all through the league play. Help, each other farm bags off of T1 blobs.

We can say the same, as well as FA, I’m sure – More gold has been earned in this matchup than I have seen since my days with Blackgate! I love it! I’ve had to buy 20 slotters on 4 out of 5 of my 80’s!

Number of kills/effort approaches infinity with this matchup as a roamer. A few FA roaming guilds are decent but SBI has none whatsoever so anyone not in an 80 man zerg is a free bag.

It was kinda funny watching SBI sit with a 50 man zerg outside of FA spawn on SBI BL last night. I’d like to see that go over in T1 or T1.5

I’d like to start bets on when SBI implodes. I’m going with a solid 4 weeks until people realize they’re stagnant and transfer to a T1 server.

SBI is actually imploding right now. Few guilds are already leaving cause of the tough fights. Fickle zombies!! :/

What do you expect, the T2 matchup is a snorefest.

It’s the week after DB imploded, so that’s old news and not a real story. TC has massive numbers but are still more fun than any T1. The only news of any interest is that TC is now weaker in OCX and especially SEA.

The only thing left before the 7 weeks of Gold League misery is the hope TC and SoS have of getting a piece of SBI before things lock down.

I’ll take that bet, and give it sooner timeline. If they look to be crossing into gold, I’d expect a mass exodus, I don’t believe SBI actually want it. I believe they have hopes and dreams but reality is much different. I have a feeling its already kicking in some, but the core guys will ride it to the end. The end would be when they face another server with 24hour coverage, strong EU and SEA. Hmmm … not sure who that could be (twiddles thumbs and whistles rolling eyes)

I’ll place an omega on it, my bet is there will be many moving to t1 servers sooner. The Alliance groups will stick it out though, just the fairweathers who will realize where they stand closign in next week will move.

Some of us left also when Maguuma became Borliss Pass reloaded. The community lost some of what it used to be. A lot did stay though and are repping different tags as stated.

You guys are QQing too much about Mag PvF, it still doesn’t matter because none of you are near mag level PvF yet (Also go easy on us, RIP our PvF veterans)

As for this gold league slot, the verdict is still out. If FA has another bad week they may be seeing the like of Ebay and Dragonbrand for 7 weeks. SoS would need an exceptionally bad roll in the matchup department to fall out of top 6 i think

I’ve been reading some of the posts and responses and laughing out loud. Roaming? This is WvW, where there are LOTS of players. If you want to roam, go do PvP. Anyone who roams around is looking to die, horribly. Zergs, blobs, trains, whatever you want to call them, every server has them, so shut the front door already. Not just WvW guilds show up in WvW, PvE players do too. We care about our server and our BL. Some players talk about others running away. If I see a sea of red coming for me, you are darn right I’ll be running the other way. It’s not that I am roaming, but trying to get to where the action is and get intercepted. I see other servers complaining of things they actually do themselves. Lots of talk trying to lower moral, ain’t gonna happen.

Say what you will about SBI but we have been and will always be a class act and here of late it’s been nice to see that in Fort Aspenwood as well. I wish I could say the same for Maguuma but your PvF is horrendous and your kitten in game is even worse. You can say PPT isn’t important and that is fine and all but we’re wiping larger zergs and winning important fights routinely.

On a side note my favorite fight this week had to have been last nights SM double team from FA and Mag where it took about 80 or so players 15 minutes to get about 25 SBI out of lords room. Even more humorous was that we revived the lord about 4 times lol.
