We rallied our defenders, all 7 of them, to fight a battle we expected to lose as our Bay was paper. Imagine our surprise when we stopped the attack at the outer gate with mere fractions of life left in the gate, the golem destroyed and the attacking force annihilated! Better luck next time SF but it was a good fight!

One bronze win doesn’t take away from the many arduous months we’d fought outnumbered and fallen from #1 spot to the bottom of NA. Survival and endurance is something we’d taught ourselves a long time ago. Don’t think that NSP is the only server that knows how that feels like.
HoD deserves to be excited about PPT this week since everyone’s worked ultra hard to prove to ourselves that a win against CD and NSP is possible. After all, it’s been a long time since HoD scored a win over NSP, and winning CD has had only been a pipe dream for the longest time. Ofc we know that some of the stronger servers in Silver League might/will trample over us, it’s not like that hasn’t happened before. Just a few months ago, CD was doing just that. But at least we know now where we stand, and that we have a fighting chance at least among some of the Silver League servers.

HOD has been quite impressive. Kudos and you guys deserve the points you’re pushing this week. You guys know how to map hop for the PPT and easy takes. HOD/NSP are bringing an overwhelming A game while we’re fielding a C game at best.

All our people are far better players while your server all just run FotM builds that don’t even know how to play the game. Your server also has no class, always seeing your people (spamming emotes/corpse jumping). We also noticed the way you paired up with [Insert server here] to double team us cause you both suck too much to fight us on even terms. Quit using cheap strategies like having your mesmer’s die at bay water gate to be rezed and port people in.

HoD did have this WvW population before leagues but now it’s more organized and people have a goal/passion to come out and play. The guilds you see that came down to HoD, such as [MU] and [SWAT], only have a handful of original players with most of it being HoD players.
HoD worked hard before we came and we just added to the already awesome and dedicated community.
