You guys were the tail end of an approximately hour long fight. It started at south camp vs a much larger group, widdled it down to 3 tanky guys, eventually they left and you 3 came up. I think we’d prefer to fight 5 mediocre players than 2 good ones.

Yeah, that was us Sarsbear. We were laughing like hell in TS while the fight was going on, wondering if we were ever going to kill you. Eventually, we were getting too close to the entrance, and decided that after that what, like 40 minutes of us fighting, no one was going to win, and we were going to pull back.

Sorry, we were all caught with a little cabin fever. The dancing and the clothing was … well, I don’t know how that happened, but that’s the first time I’ve seen Ijorna dancing on a body.

Hellsing TAS should be quoted more often, btw. I’m going to figure out how to make that happen.

I totally agree. I was just excited to fight you guys because I hadn’t come across a group small than ~10 until that fight.

I posted this literally before falling asleep lol, but I meant to ask. Does your warrior (sorry, not sure of his name) have some form of perma stability? It seems like he ignores literally every immobilize/daze I put on him. Only source I know of would be your shouts, but I obviously don’t know warriors that well.

Always fun fighting against good opponents I haven’t seen before.

Edit: To ammend my previous statement from last night, I’m pretty sure you guys got us down once too. When I reread it, it sounded like I was bragging. Didn’t mean it to come across like that

If he’s with the guardian he could get 7.5 s every 24 s of stability from here and in at least one of the videos he’d get stability for 10.5 s every 40 from this

Stability doesn’t ignore immobilize though, just knocked down, pushed back, launched, stunned, dazed, floated, sunk, or feared. According to the video, he runs melandru runes (-25% on condition duration… also -25% stun duration), has dogged march (-33% immobilize duration), and if he’s runnin bowl of lemongrass poultry soup (another -40% immobilize duration), that comes out to -98% immobilize duration, which is 100% of the time. Immobilizin him is basically only good for poppin him a heal every 10 seconds (apparently that’s what dogged march does too).

Holy crap, yeah that’s a lot of minus condi duration. Pretty sweet though to be able to totally ignore it.

I was wondering why he’d never sit still when I bask venomed or rooted him, lol. BTW Im the person who was playing sword thief and fought you guys solo for 5 minutes til the other 2 arrived when you were running from me at ruins. It was a good time til you guys got scared and used the legendary defenders to stay alive.

You guys got 2 rallies off of coyotes. It was super frustrating as I’m sure you can imagine. 2v2 tanks to have a rally adds another 10 minutes of cooldowns.

Sorry if I came off rude as well, I can only keep my attention going for like 15 minutes so to have a fight that continues for an hour (my fault of course, I could have just disengaged but I’m a troll) is super draining. Add to that all the stealth mesmer/mesmer/theif puts out, and I’m awful at fighting mesmers.

Purimm the warrior has my 2 sources of stability (stand your ground/virtue of courage), his balanced stance, and the warrior elite banner (super op like 2 minutes of stab), though I’m not sure you guys ever saw it come out, he mostly saves it to rez me.

The lake party was great. However, it seemed some of the NSP responded unfavorably to the cookies our hosts provided. I tried to get some footage of the ensuing NSP/DH post-cookie bloodbath, but my bandicam crashed.
