I’m not sure what to expect from that fight. Both server were 2-3 tier higher than us before they changed the match up system…

Best advice for NSP protect your borderlands. Even though BP is read look at the ratings for determining on who you want to attack.

In all honesty I quite expect both BP and SBI to spend more time in NSP land than in each others. Seems to happen to us quite a bit.

Just for you I’ll make sure we spend equal times in both your borderlands, however some of us (Noodica) have developed this hate for SBI, so we may spend more time in their BL.

Reikou I think you are confusing open field fighting with roaming. I never even said that I was a great PvPer. I would consider myself mediocre. Stratagy I think I am good at however. So stop your trolling and trying to make pepole fit your mold. You will not get SBI to fit your “Perfect build runs” simply because of the type of server it is. Most of those “Perfect builds” require more then what you can expect out of the generic player base and only work in some cases.

I am saying that what I have seen in our server particularly Yulo’s group and some of the other commander groups are quite good at open field fighting. We don’t need any schooling on this matter from any other server we need to listen to our commanders who know how to do it. We also need more pepole on teamspeak(after we raise the cap). The open field fighting I am talking about is not the type of open field fighting that you are used to in sPvP. The type of fighting that you get in WvW.

As for wasting resources. I can kill a Dolyak and a sentry solo thank you and would never look for a party to kill one. As for camps… I need more pratice soloing them I would agree. However I go for the camps in a party because they go down faster and I like to play the timer on them I also am generally asking for only one more player then I. So that speeds things up just about enough that I can play the timer correctly. I also know the correct time to be with the zerg and the correct time to form a party to melt the camps.

So even you admit SBI has a HUGE L2P issue, which is a good start.

But ffs, I just played with a Guardian who thought it was best that someone else’s duty to be the primary stomper/reser in a team fight.

Anyone who bothers reviving you needs to L2P, they just wasted valuable time.

Just curious. Just remember from the match-up 2 weeks ago fighting a Necro [Lost] commander and an uplvled warrior at AP when I was catapulting it solo on my Guard.

Lol I was just having a dig. All things considering I’d still rez him if it was absolutely necessary. The “team” fight he was talking about 2 of us (Reikou and I, a match made in heaven) vs 6 – 8 BP who were catapulting SBI Bay. He sat in the corner ranging whilst I was in the middle of them, we downed a few with AOEs then he complained I wasn’t stomping them, despite all of them beating on me. Meanwhile he was sitting untouched and on full health in the corner, lol. In short, he’s a troll, and it’s best to ignore him for the most part. Any good points he makes are overshadowed by a very delusional and misplaced sense of self-worth. His criticism of SBI would be worth listening to if it was coming from just about anyone else.

It depends on how the fight is playing out, but as a guardian, you’ll generally find that stomping them is by far the best way to finish them off.

Only time I wouldn’t recommend it is if you’re getting so much CC and damage you can’t risk a stomp, but if you’ve managed to down them, you seem to be doing alright.

A thief should not be running in there first for the stomp, he’s going to get killed really fast. If you move in he’ll do what he can to support you.

lol read above, Reikou is just trolling, it was 2v~7. The 2nd time it was ~4v~7 and had two thieves beating on me when I was already low so nothing was going to change the result. He has nothing.

Well this is going to be a very tough week for us, But I do hope to see our guilds push hard and do all we can to hold what we can. NSP doesn’t have the manpower but I believe those that are dedicated have the heart to go in and fight. Thanks for showing me some great siege placement Green!!!! I expect we will learn a great deal from both servers.

Oh my. Ronny Raygun. I wonder if that’s the same Ronny Raygun from Aion that ‘tried’ running zergs there that always ended up kitten ing. Before this degenerates (and we all know it will), congrats on SBI dishing out some damage tonight. I am originally an NSP player (from long ago) so it is good to see them fighting fiercely and doing very well. I thought for sure they would be hammered tonight and glad to see I was wrong.

That NSP camp fight in NSP BL N of our spawn about 30 minutes ago was epic (we were running a 4 man tonight). Best back and forth fight I have ever had in GW2. Sucker lasted for nearly three full point ticks.

Ok… now people can get back to chest thumping, blaming and skewing the facts to support frivolous arguments… you know… forum fun.

NSP would better know us by the name of [HOES] so keep an eye out for us Most of us are ex NSP players.

If only Sekz were still on NSP, then you could give away BP zerg locations so that they (Sekz) would leave you alone when you want to PvDoor and look good… just like old times

AR lost a lot of people last week unfortunately. They’re in the lower matchup and still running a distant third.

Its going to take awhile for AR to settle down. It took us weeks of falling and didnt get stable till Devona’s/Crystal match up. We logged on one night out of being out manned on maps for months and had a queue. It just happens. I really hope they can find a decent spot and have their remaining WvW participants get some rest.

Losing a lot of the BURN guild put is in an awkward spot during reset. That group used to shore up our BL which allowed us to send players into other areas in force. NSP has come up at a good time with BP/SBI going at each other ruthlessly and BP unable to queue most maps on reset.

As the week progresses our coverage will begin to pull ahead, but that is just a guess at this point.
