Kitten almighty, I feel embarrassed for JQ (and FA a bit too) and I don’t even play on those servers. Why do people even consider T1/T2 a worthy goal in WvW? There is some serious self image problems going on if anyone considers it a worthy goal.

‘Woohoo we won a laggy, zerged to the max fight../ woohoo we ran around avoiding anything other then a 4:1 fight just in case we die… I can ignore the issues that plague my real life for another few hours’

it’s not really a goal so much as a necessity

glicko is an accurate reflection of coverage, so if you’re over/undermatched then you end up basically doing nothing for a week. (i bet you didn’t know this.) This is less important outside of ranks 1-5 since you can’t control getting an awful, awful matchup outside of those ranks w/ new system.

Back in the day cusping between t2 and t3 was, well, it wasn’t really much fun to go back to t3, so it made the fights in t2 pretty fun since they had a sense of urgency.

If we were playing glicko for realsies then I think we probably would have/should have pushed mag a lot harder this week since mag doing an average performance is a much bigger threat to glicko than jq winning big

as far as the issues that plague my real life and the cystic acne that somehow persists at the age of 30 i got four words for you:

synthroid, lamotrigine, mirtazapine, fluxotine

Honestly moderation has fallen off greatly….my post from a few days was moderated last night. All extra late, after hundreds of people had seen it I’m sure.

Yeah, it was very much sor and bg bashing each other with little Db input. I think most of us came and hung out with mag that week too.

With JQs “dominating” of Maguuma, they still managed over 13k points per day while being night capped and gaining no ppt for half of every day. It must be embarrassed to be JQs NA squad.

DB’s NA has performed better vs Mag in the same time zone, and they aren’t a “tier 1” server that JQ claims to be.

Come back when your NA crew doesn’t fail so hard. #3 vs #8 should really be a little more impressive.

I think most of db would admit that we are smack dab in the middle of T2 if there were tiers anymore. It is funny because when Db was T3 and FA and TC were floating between t2-3 with us and mags, it is the same position only more people…
