That’s like a fan complaining the other team is running up the score. You don’t want it to happen, do something about it.

We have no “all call” like certain BG guilds do. We play when we want to play, how we want to play.

Weekly Tarnished Coast Dolyak Parade
Yes that time of the week is very near! That glorious time when players of all races come to celebrate the dolyaks and their selfless sacrifices for us! I know for many it’s been a fairly boring week of WvW, so lets all get together for some real fun! Now you can zerg or blob or small group in STYLE! As DOLYAKS!

For those who do not know, the Dolyak parade is a time where we get together and just have fun, and of course, parade around as dolyaks around the borderlands! Of course, you do not have to be a dolyak if you do not wish to be. In the past, everything from griffons to snowmen to elementals have flocked to our parade. So come out and celebrate the dolyaks, who sacrifice much for our endless war!

Information

• Where: WvW borderlands. The exact one will be chosen ~1 hr beforehand
• When: Thursday (10/3) at 7 PM Server Time
• Who: Anyone is willing to participate! If you come and need a tonic, just ask a friendly DOLY representative and we can give you some to join in!
• How: If you choose to become a dolyak, there are 2 ways: a Ruminant Tonic, and a Dolyak Tincture (feel free to wiki these). Of course any other kind of tonic is welcome, or even none at all if you just want to run along!

If anyone has any questions, comments, concerns, or good dolyak jokes, feel free to send me a message!

PS: Any guild leaders/commanders that are going to have GvG’s on that day and around that time, let me know! I try to plan the parade around GvG’s as best as possible, to avoid meeting up at the same place, or the parade running through a GvG on accident. (I won’t divulge when/where the GvGs are to anyone else, I just want to try to make sure there are no cross-event mishaps!)

I was trying to organise an event for IRON to fight ESOL and HB, but HB didnt have the numbers and so Noodles rallied some numbers and then this VII guild showed up..

but we wanted the fights not easy points, cant you tell the map isnt going geen?

That given the fact Anet released yet another untested and bugged patch made them close WvW for 8hrs+ leaving SoR in the lead and giving us less time to play and get back in the lead. Considering the 8 hour gap in play time was EU and NA EST which are traditionally strong periods of play for SoR, I’m going to call shenanigans on your argument. That score gap was going to grow during that 8 hour stretch, not shrink.

SoR had more T3 keeps/towers and the shutdown affected EU and EST the most. You wouldn’t have gained anything. You just would have been kittened harder.

Head in the sand on what? BG has said countless times in past matchup threads that SoR EU and NA EST is the strong period for SoR while NA PST is strong for BG.

You must be a new transfer to the matchup, please check with a BG server representative to get your story in line with the rest of the server please.

I’d like to say TC was also hit pretty hard by the reset. I think we had T3 towers in the north Thats kind of hard to do given the usual numbers on TCBL. Came back after we could get back in and the whole borderlands turned blue. GG blackgate, was it worth losing all your kitten? You say that you’re “training” around TCBL, but you zerg us down when we try to take stuff back. Excuses.

- SOR slowly but steadily build up a 25k lead over the weekend.
- BG pushed late PST thru SEA on Monday and cut the lead to 16k
- SOR pushed EU and EST and recovered what was lost by BG’s push
- BG basically folded at this point

When WvW went down SOR had increased it’s lead to ~30k and we were entering our primetime, we were ticking 460. The lead is 5-10k less now due to the outage.

PS. We were the only ones that lost T3 keeps on reset we had made paper just about everything else.

Wait.. are the BG forum warriors actually blaming that wvw outage for their loss? Yeah.. GL in the upcoming league..
