It’s always cute when SFR has a thousand reasons as to why they wipe but the reason of “Maybe we are just baddies?” never once goes into their skulls.

Keep making excuses for your failures you’ll never learn.

So far this is what I got from reading through again;
SFR calls blob: 4
Piken calls blob: 6
Elona calls blob: 1

Individual counters, by my judgement it looks like piken are most eager to call blobs, sfr with nice average and elona suprisingly calm this matchup thread. Then again, I didn’t check the german forums

Well fight probably wasn’t even sfr vs piken. It was server hoppers vs server hoppers.

It’s like walking down the street with someone you don’t like who thinks you are friends with you constantly trying to talk to you.

We don’t care about your pointless information, you die, you wipe and then you whine and when you whine its never your fault its always “lol they blobbed” you are the biggest EU server blobbing is the LAST thing you should be blaming a wipe on, hell you even steal guilds from other servers and now your unemployed leader is trying to get Americans to help even more.

When you still have 40+ online in WvW at 4am.

Piken is second place yeah sure but we have less guilds compared to SFR and we don’t have a army of unemployed people playing 24/7 to watch all borderlands.

So much you know then? NA don’t have night capper’s there are multiple prime times SEA, OCEANIC,EU and NA and they overlap in fact fighting during normal EU prime time there actually equates to 10am-2pm GMT+1 not sleepy time and very much as competitive and as tough if not more so than an EU prime time but without the multiple queues lol

You missed my point completly. I don’t care if you blob, or think that we blob. What I take issue with is the way many SFR behave on the forums. If you get wiped, the enemy was blobbing, if you wipe someone, they are worthless lootbags. Show some respect. These 1 sentence “you suck, I kill you” posts are exactly what I was talking about.
My remark on blobs was about the person before me asking whats wrong with blobs. According to this thread, as a DVG member I am somewhat of an expert on the subject, so I thought I’d share my insight

The real problem is the Design of EB actually not the number of ppl participating on it . I ll give you 2 examples .

Back in the former days of glory in daoc , a relic raid needed a lot of ppl with superb coordination in order to grab one for their realm . Noone ever accused the other side of being steamrolled . That’s the name of the game as i said .

2nd example is the early days of WH when fortress siege occured . Too many ppl imba lag still remember me trying to do “hold the line” on top of the stairs or try to break in through it .

My conclusion is that blob has nothing wrong , it is on commanders discreation how they goona divide their forces and how/where to act . The only thing that kills WvW right now is the major lag sometimes , and the lack of plain areas away from keeps so might ppl try to do smaller scale fights and generally roam .

Personally i prefer any day having populated WvW zones rather than empty or semi empty . If i want small scale battles i know where to go and what to do .

You are all very much disillusioned if you think EU players in NA are night capper’s id say late morning early afternoon capper’s but definitely not pve door specialists except one difference to EU we actually have plenty of Asians, EU and NA opponents to fight during this time something NA players will find rather difficult to find covering 2am-6am hehe

Iv missed SFR and it’s forum warriors couldn’t miss the opportunity to poke some fun and raise a few blood pressures A big hi from across the pond Piken keep up the fight

SFR guild core is so much worse than it was in SFR v1.0 or even SFR 2 months ago when it had ECL and Opt at their best. Now the only 2 guilds left are what? CoN and KoA, don;t even mention ZBs or Sprt with the 35-40 man groups they run every raid.

Ah yes. I see. you suck in open field where we’re far better, then try and pull people into a totally artificial GvG. This is probably hard to understand and comprehend, but the two are totally different. they are like comparing oranges and apples. Winning a GvG means nothing. It’s actually pointless. It doesn’t show superior skills or survival instincts. If it ANYTHING like GW1 GvG, I would be in that like white on rice. But it’s not. Open field trumps GvG every day of the week.

Somehow SFR 1.0 2.0 3.0 always disappoint their opponents. During all those versions everyone claimed that we blob.

In the end guilds ll get their jumping puzzle map and everyone ll be satisfied.

Thanks to the SFR asura warrior bronze scout from who dueled me for the best part of 10 mins at the vista at piken hills in the early hours yesterday. Didn’t catch the guild tag but it was great fun and nice not to be interrupted by the fight going on nearby!

Last night the Piken blob was allways inside SM ,they “guess” we are comming, no socouts, we had checked. Night before was QL, hole zerg inside waiting for us. You “guess” a lot. It’s a chame. Hour victory will be more sweet.

my opinion: the best guilds I’ve seen on SFR are OSC and NK. they are in fact the only real WvW guilds that are running with mainly guild themselves.

If a NA guild wants to join any europe server they will check out the leaderboards and community pages…do you really think they need an invitation or more information from SFR? its not a big secret that we currently are stronger than any other EU server due to coverage, skill and the great commanders from [noTS].
So why are there all the QQ about this topic….posted by someone who indicates to actually stop players from joining if he stops the “recruiting”. Just think about how serious the original poster should be taken before get mad all over this.

sure there is less flaming as you usually dont get your kitten handed over like its the case against us. My point however was about the NA recruiting thing, which seems to set up quite a few ppl here, even so it wont change anything.

VG is piken best guild. No idea is it even guild or some one man show, but it’s still best.

VG was called into existance after me as ex-leader of GG left GG and created it because I felt GG didnt fit my style of gameplay anymore, after which a couple of GG officers joined me. we’re not a big guild yet which I am asking 10 to 15 man guilds to join the borders we are, so we get like even number fights.

just so you know, I mean the same GG that SCND came from.

okey you got it a lil bit wrong.

sfr got a community if you didn’t now oh wait you don’t because your not in it.

if some guild just randomly join sfr we will just not give them slot if they ask we will not support them we will totally ignore them.

that is what a community is. a large number of peoples working together making agreements supporting each other communicating.
