[NUDE]’s 4 rules to live by:
1. Have fun (and get drunk in the process, if applicable)

Formally Naked N Drunk [NUDE], now Beige [NUDE], due to a brilliant creative name change by Anet, is now recruiting on the Far Shiverpeaks server!

We are originally an American guild that came to the EU server, Far Shiverpeaks over 9 months ago. We all know that many things can happen in 9 months, and many things have happened for our guild. We have grown, we have expanded to more than just Americans, and most of us have at least once gotten drunk in Teamspeak and and made a fool of ourselves.

Currently, we are known as the “night crew” of FSP. We border hop, we have crazy parties in TS, and we kill kitten. We are also currently expanding to our EU and Oceanic time zones, so that at all times of the day, we do have people on borderlands and in our Teamspeak channel. For example, our current roster on the weekends will vary from 15-30 players online and on a weeknight (NA timezone) 10-20. As for EU prime time it will be anywhere from 5-10 players, perfect for making a small roaming group.

Another thing, and you may have heard, we are famous for our defense of home borderland. You will NOT find another guild that is as obsessed about having our home border 100% ours, upgraded, sieged, and defended. With that said, we also specialize and train up small havoc groups to send to other borderlands to raise our PPT and “distract” the enemy. We are RARELY on EB, unless it is late night and we need to defend it. We are a specialized borderland map WvW guild and we are good at what we do on these borders.

We offer various commanders to our server. We have specialized defensive commanders. We have havoc commanders, and we have roaming commanders. We also offer our guild mates commander training in what you would like to specialize in. We DO NOT have zerg busting commanders and we do not play that way. We play for PPT. Small scale and tower/keep defense is our thing. That means we welcome any and all pugs to follow our commanders.

We do offer weekly guild missions, a custom guild arena, and a “PvE” day for people who insist on doing that. Our guild upgrades that are important are constantly available: +5 supply, 10% magic find, 10% gathering, etc..

[NUDE] requires that you use the FSP public teamspeak. We do have our own channel and we use it, we welcome anyone to come party in our TS channel! We also use the public WvW channels for most events. Since we use teamspeak, and we have people who play this game for the social aspect as well as WvW, we are a close group and very very SOCIAL. Don’t be surprised if you join and 2 months later we know all of your deepest darkest secrets We support each other ingame and in real life, we throw birthday parties and send each other get well gifts. We have a very active guild forum and a facebook group that is used almost daily.

How can you turn this opportunity down? Play Guild Wars 2 how it was meant to be played by joining those crazy people in [NUDE].

If you are from North America or South America and have ever considered transferring to an EU server and have loads of fun then [NUDE] is definitely a guild to consider! I am not a member of [NUDE] (I am in a guild of close friends since GW1) but when they were on their former NA server I hung out with them alot and had a blast. I found WvW boring until I started to hang out with [NUDE]. So if you want to make the game more fun while playing in am EU server, I would highly recommend giving [NUDE] a try!

They really are good at what they do which is surprising at times given some intoxication driven initiatives.

I want to try small group combat, but I’m not hardcore on WvW, I do everything. RIght now i’m doing a lot of sPvP but sometimes I get to do PvE for 1 or 2 weeks and some times I do WvW. Would I still be able to hang out with your guild and be part of your roaming squads while not being a member of it since you want more WvW hardcore? At least that’s the idea I got from it

We have members who do PvE and sPvP but almost all of us do some WvW. We are in the game for fun first. Never hardcore..we don’t care what you play, how you choose to play or what armor you wear. Since we are a NA guild on a EU server yeah..we are the night crew. So umm what was your point again?

Not quite sure when this happened. However, I will tell you that we do have a tactic of making people think we are trying to rez in order to keep enemy players busy parking on a dead body. If however, you actually saw someone rez one of my Nudies through the gate, plz contact me in game so you can show me screen shots. I’ll take care of it. We play a fair game.

You also assume a lot. Night cappers as you call them are people playing in their prime time. Sorry but not everyone lives and plays at the same time as you. So in your book anyone who plays at a different time then you is a night capper and therefore no good. Secondly, you assume I don’t play the game as others do, I play the game exactly as others do. In fact the ONLY part I do not play is GvG that’s the only part that doesn’t fit my play style. And I might add GvG isn’t even part of the game as Anet never added that t the game.
I kill dollies, build gollies, take camps, map hop, I cap towers/keeps, I defend towers/keeps, I kill enemy players, I command with my tag, I use ts to communicate with others on my server, I am an active member of my server (ask on my server most will know who I am and my guild), just as any primetimer there is and as others play…so I fail to see how it is I don’t play as you or others or primetimers play.
I do not zerg bust, meta build teams or require my guildies to do so…perhaps you do and this maybe where we differ in playstyles. Also I might point out I am playing the game pretty much as designed by Anet, and with the inclusion of others rather than the exclusion of others. It is my game I payed for it. Hate the game instead of the players…I’m not hating you, I just find it a really weak argument to pull out when someone doesn’t agree with someone else and have no good excuse for what they are doing.

Never ever changed server from when i bought the game well before 1 year ago, active player in wvw on any size scale, from solo roaming to havoc group to guild group to omfgfridayafternoonmegablob both primetime and offhours when job allows. And i’ll tellyou something more, many NUDE players are the same, sure they play at night but it’s not uncommon to see them in a 20 man group at day trying to expugnate that t3 hills with as many defenders as there are attackers.

nightcapping is part of the game and it’s stupid calling people out for playing the game the way it’s intended by it’s developers (a 24/7 war)

Seriously, its down on YOUR list. But who are you actually?? Do you represent everything that’s good?? Nobody cares about your list….

Every server likes its nightcappers since they keep the #PPT going. It happens on your server aswell, im sure about that. Do you hate them aswell? They help you and your server gain points, for victory.

Don’t blame a guild for what it does. Blame Anet for its design.

If you hate nightcappers, you should stop playing WvW, since they help your server, it would be really ironic if you still play it even though your server uses them aswell, wich means you contribute from it aswell. but hey whatevaaaaaaaah floats yuuuuuuuuur boat.

Thank you guys for all the bumps! You want to know one reason we left NA servers? Because we found that EU servers were more mature and had less trolls. As you see, our dear Amber does not get along with them No clue why, but we are MUCH happier with the community on the EU server.
Pretty ironic that we put a thread up and attract a troll.

Thank you for the kind words Xerion <3 As he said, we are not all Americans and we do not all play in the middle of the night to night cap. Sure, on an easy week we can karma train our PPT pretty high, and it’s a nice break from the serious stuff. But not every week is easy. Most are hard and there are various weeks when we have to focus on home bl because enemies ALSO have night crews capping things. The higher tier you go, the more night crew every server has!

I’m considering joining at the moment, although I’d have to buy a server transfer first. I’m currently based on Fissure of Woe and used to do a lot of WvW, also as a Commander, but since the migration of my old WvW guild and no new guild to take it’s place, WvW is now basically dead content on FoW.

Because of that I don’t really see a problem with transferring so expect me to be on FSP sooner than later.

Saturday Night this week’s theme “Pep Rally”

I came back to the game after about a year, with the thought of leaving the US servers and giving Europe a try. After being on Far Shiverpeaks for a month and 3 weeks with [NUDE] I have to add here that I haven’t enjoyed myself more. The people are great, not just the guild either, server wide. It’s an amazing change from what I remember in “T1”.
