Moved two tower guild officer NPCs that were interfering with bucket interactions.

Why anybody even expected acc bound wxp?
They never said when will they release it and almost everybody knows that it wont be up until March18th

dont expect it until they tell you to expect it. its probably not coming march 18th. time is running out for that patch. they wouldnt give up the opportunity to hype it.

Off that basis we should have gotten it when EotM was released like they said it would.
