We all know escorting Dolys in WvW is important, but most people don’t seem to like doing it. I think implementing on small change will evoke a different reaction. Add names to them. Most people love the dolyak (and you probably agree given that its a mini), I think they would fight harder to save them if a name generator was added. You and Steven, Archibald, or Carol, could walk those paths to the keeps together with your heads held high dodging enemy troops. If you don’t like coding that in you could make it so the players could put in names if they buy the upgrades at camps. There is great power within names, empower the yaks!

But on the other hand, we haz to kill the Yaks. And I like the Yaks and it makes me sad. I don’t think i could kill a yak with a name! YOU EVER NAME A CHICKEN AFORE YOU EAT IT!?!

That’s a good point, perhaps they can give them yaks generic player tags when enemies click on them, like (server name defender) because they occasionally fight and then put yak below that or you could give yaks ranks by the number of deliveries they successfully complete, so you could potentially have

Oo oo oo! yes yes! ledgendary yaks with super exp and kick players around like in fractals where it shoots you WAAAAAAaaaaY up int he air and you fall down and need a rez and and a zerg and they have SLOBBER skill that give you poison and special aromor and and mini pets and they run faster for each condition and frenzy and suuuuuper fight when the are upgraded to that
