awkward enough, my cousin was using the same wireless internet I was using to update the same patch. He’s able to log in and start up his character perfectly.

oooooooooooh i didn’t know they had Cultural Armor for different races Hahahaha. Thanks a lot you two. and yeah, just checked now and they’re really expensive. I can probably buy like one or two haha

How am I able to purchase from these people?

Someone said that I had to be lvl 35 in order to purchase from these people.
I’ve just gotten to lvl 35, but i still can’t buy anything from these people.
