Guild Wars 2

Oh I do swap to a melee weapon in this encounter so it doesn’t really affect me too much, but a bug is a bug.

These observations were made while running on my ranger over the past month or so. I have not taken any other classes in Twilight Arbor exp mode yet.

While fighting Laurent’s Elite Guards I have noticed short bow and longbow attacks have no effect on the archers while inside the bubbles. The only way to damage them with these weapons is the longbow’s Barrage skill. Traps are also not triggered by the guards. While outside the bubble everything works as intended (i.e. ranged attacks targeting an archer through the bubble are registered as obstructed, as they should be).

Also, swapping pets while in the bubbles results in the pet being instantly killed. This may be more of an issue with the distance the pet spawns from it’s master as opposed to an actual issue with the encounter, but no matter where the ranger is positioned in the bubble the pet is instantly killed upon pet swap.

Sorry for the dark setting. On a side note, they need to add turtle soup as a chef recipe.

Hello! I am looking for a guild on Sorrow’s Furnace (US). I’m looking for a mature, laid back, guild with a medium sized member base (100 to 200 members) to run dungeons, events, and the occasional PvP (both structured and WvW). I am on around 9 A.M. (-5 EST) and in the evenings when my class schedule permits it. Thanks in advance

100% agree. This thread should be required reading! How bout we pop this up at install instead of the EULA, no one reads those anyway.

I for one miss the /roar emote.
