I’m not really complaining, but it does seem odd to me that they’re snubbing the current subscribers in this case. Maybe they don’t give current subscribers free digital deluxe upgrades, but some other digital bennie.

I got this to work last evening. I hung around for the harpy event there, but at no time was I able to launch myself on the cattlepult.

After the harpy event completed, he was still launching cows, but I still couldn’t activate the cattlepult.

I hung around for 4-5 minutes after and then was suddenly able to activate it. I was standing alongside the cattlepult, next to the merchant that was launching the cows.
