Can’t log in at all. Any loading screen results in an error and crash.
My char is in HoM and can’t access it. The game crashes without completing the loading sequence.

The game is unplayable.
It may be a one time event, but I can’t be online for 10 min without my pc crashing. Most of the time I can’t even log in at all.
