I love the torch, it’s an amazing weapon if you use it correctly. My only complaint is that the phantasm with it is a little weak (For my specific build, Other builds rock with it). I think a lot of the hate comes from the fact that while most other weapons are extremely versatile , the torch HAS to be specced for if it’s going to work at all.

Also, You can most certainly roll in prestige, it helps immensely if your trying to kill off your illusions and confuse opponents.

Hello, I didn’t see any mention of this particular bug but sometimes when entering The Prestige my character stays visible. The channel is still going and I still get all of the effects of entering/leaving The Prestige but my character is completely visible, crouching, and holding the torch in front of himself. At first I assumed that maybe it was a client side glitch and no one else noticed. However, my brother playing on an alternate computer and some of my guild members confirmed that I was still completely visible. (And I have had people actively chase me down while in this state.) Has anyone else had this happen?

Can’t say i’ve tried using Moa on them, it’s a ridiculous build (null field and the rest of my boon rips didn’t make any lasting effect), but either way it’s legit and I’m glad to see people bringing back a bit of that complexity from GW1.

This WvW match has definitely been an eye-opener , almost all hope of coordination in DH had left me until I managed to join up with some Rethesis members, probably the best time I’ve had taking garrison in three weeks. GODS was annoying standing outside of the portal to Godsword; But honestly if our players aren’t smart enough to try going around the side or capping somewhere else they deserve to get mowed down at the gate.
