You cannot dye the primary color to anything other than the primary color when you equipped the armor. You can change it and it will update in the preview window (within the hero menu), however when you return to game it resets to the original.
Clicking the dye remover still updates the preview but does not take effect upon returning to the game.

I am a player on Jade Quarry, level 80 necromancer and was in a party with 3 other people when clicked to join eternal battlegrounds from lions arch and got warped into a different WvWvW fight involving Borlis pass, Yaks bend and Anvil Rock

All servers were classed as allies and I could resurrect players etc but couldn’t interact with castles gates/waypoints.

I have no clue whether I was in Lions arch overflow when it occurred, however the WvW information was also bugged, stating that Jade quarry had 500k+ points while Stormbluff isle and Blackgate only had roughly 15k points each.
