Bump! Bump! Bump!
I sent the problem to support (yesterday) and I still don’t have a reply.
I payed real money for a gem card and I want to know what is going on, why can’t I receive my gems?
I have a code for 2000 gems but I keep getting the message:
“The code could not be redeemed. Please check your code and try again. If you continue to receive this error, please contact customer support.”
I checked my code multiply times and I continue to get this error, what should I do?

I already have a lvl 80 Guardian and a lvl 64 Engineer but I decided to reroll a Ranger (lvl14 at the moment)
I wanted to focus on the Longbow because it looks awesome and in my opinion is the right weapon for the ranger.
Sadly I discovered that the Longbow can’t get near as much damage output as the Shortbow even if I always try to attack from maximum range.
Are there any plans on fixing the signature weapon for the Ranger or should I reroll a warrior while still at low level?
