So I read the patch notes for warrior changes and I have a question on “To the Limit!” Which is the new healing surge. Does it still heal base on the amount of adr or it’s just going to work like a normal healing skill but giving endurance instead?

Thank you for the clear answer. I wouldn’t do it myself either, it’s just my friend asked me about it because she was curious and some of the stuff online are outdated.
Also, thanks for the other answer (that you can’t skin a precursor skin and use it) which I already know that lol.

It has brought to my attentions that when you transmute an item into another skin. Then, when you look at it in the mystic forge, a phrase will pop up and say “Warning This Item is transmuted and it will function as [Original Item].” So here is my question: What happens if you transmute a precursor? Will it still function as the precursor?
