My brother is getting the authenticator message when he tries to log in on his account, but he is not getting an email sent to his account. So now he is locked out of the game, locked out of the forums, and locked out of logging into his account on the Gw2 website. There is nothing he can do to play the game unless he gets the email sent to his account. We have been screwing around with this error for the last 2 days. His email address is actrade@localline.com.
