What is the direct effect of “Blind”? Does it disable the target the capability to use skills/abilities for the duration? Does it just lower the chance to actually strike the target? I have seen the term used to mitigate damage done to an individual, but never have been able to find a description of what it actually does.
Over 100 views and not a single response. I guess nobody knows for sure. Would it be out of the question for a progress bar to see where we are currently at? Kinda stuck guessing after each defeat….
In our achievements, under the Monthly tab at the bottom, there is an achievement that requires you to get experience without defeat. Does defeat in sPVP count against that and reset your progress?
