Introduction
War Gods of Tyria [GOD] is a European-based international PvX guild which was formed around two weeks after release time of Gw2, we are aiming to be a guild that will last for years to come while optimising our Guild to provide paramount fun, merit and progression. We’ll offer a place to any and all active, social, casual and new players who wish to game alongside friends, making it a much more friendly environment for all
We are just like any Guild, we were formed by myself and friends of mine. We welcome all with open arms, but if any of the “members” betray our trust, we will remove this member from our community to ensure a solid and secure environment to all. This also includes members who left our guild, we will not allow anyone who has left our guild to return unless that member has left on good terms.
“Trust” is very important in our guild, we will not tolerate any who try and disrupt our special community and bond we have between members.
Our Views
We welcome all players of any skill levels. It is our very adamant belief that all players should be given opportunity equally despite their ability, gender, race or religion etc. We firmly maintain that members are not to abuse one another to the point it is purposefully insulting or aggressive, having a joke which is well felt by all is an unwritten MUST!
We do not recruit players who are already in other guilds. We expect people to represent 100% of the time and solely be a part of our community, we respect this is not ideal for all and to make an exception you must contact a member of staff on gaining permission to have another guild.
Our Beliefs
We believe these are the elements of paramount importance to our guild.
Spreading a positive guild image, by carrying our tag you should never display a bad image to the communities outside of the guild, or within.
Loyalty, towards your guild, guildies and staff.
Motivation, towards helping the guild build and become stronger.
Be welcoming, respect guildies and help them too.
Our Guild means community, it means laughter, it means enjoyment.
[GOD] is a guild and a community, every member who joins we promise to make feel welcome, help when needed and create a feeling of home to them.
Overview of our Guild
We are a international guild, recruiting players from all over EU.
We are a Guild with hundreds of players from all over the world, we have a average of 80-120 players logging on everyday and thus we have players online at any time of the day.
Despite the size of our guild, all members maintain a close relationship with one another creating a real atmosphere of community.
PvX environment, we mainly focus on PvE but do a lot of pvp.
Guild events are scheduled around English time (currently GMT+1) and are scheduled around peak times of player logins to ensure a great run out for all.
Our rules are leniant yet must be respected and many people conform with these rules since only troublemakers will break these rules, we believe these rules will help guide our way to become a greater community and Guild
