Noob question but have to ask because I don’t find solution on my own…

This is blue oasis vista at silverwastes.
I’m unable to make this jump. Was trying with swiftness, with dodge roll, with everything what I can think of.
My lighting flash is totally useless (is that good for anything in pve?)

Was try to google this but didn’t find anything which helps.

Is there another way here?
I’m confused…

Not worked here

Same symptoms as above. I’m able to log in fine than flickering the top of the screen music plays and that’s it. I can’t do anything from here but restart the whole pc.
Game was working fine before update.
Is there an option in the game to turn off updates?
I never even said to the client to search for updates…

I’m a new customer of GW2. Right after the installation the BLTC was not functioning on my desktop pc. (net::ERR_ABORTED) Tested everything with my firewall, antivirus etc. no setting helped. Submitted a letter to support 3days ago no answer.
Installed the game to my notebook: BLTC shows up here correctly (at least) but if I want to make a purchase it gives the “Unfortunately an error has occurred. Please try again later.” and it is constant…
I know i can submit a ticket again but first one does not helped and to be honest I don’t want to write letters I want to play.
Please don’t wish me luck because these things has nothing to do with luck I think.
I was also realized from this forum that these problems also occurred years ago and they are still here…
I don’t know what to say but hopefully others will read this post before they decide to join GW2.
By the way the other aspects of the game are really cool.
