Tried to run the game and got this from AVG (pic attachment)

Then tried to run game again, shortcut not linked to anything. Wtf? ok lets check the instalation folder and see something weird (next pic).

Is this something normal?

Yeah on my lvl 25 war i get blues and greens. But not to worry these rewards definitely represent what the pvp community needs!

I’m not high enough level to get a helmet for my warrior, and yes i’ve seen the red posts that state i can get the tomes to level up with those. But here is the problem:

I don’t want to level up my pvp only warrior. I want him to stay level one, very dumb but i just want it to be so. Can a level 1 helmet just be added to the merchants? I have everything but that.

I saw another red post that said we still get the stats: So what? I want the skin i unlocked to be available to use. Do i just suck it up because there isn’t a level one helmet…?

It’s just sad really, i was working on my first map completion and was about 90%. Checked online to see what would be required other then what was left of tyria for me and then i saw i needed WvW. I go into wvw and notice that green is kittenting on us (an everyday thing now).

EDIT: and looking at yaks history now, doesn’t look like i will ever get my map completion just like you op
Can’t finish my map completion on my first try because of this. It’s kittening bull kitten really.

And people in my guilds have been telling me “just transfer bro.” No, kitten no. I payed to play this game in it’s full state, i shouldn’t have to pay AGAIN just so that i can finish my map completion on one character. This is beyond a joke at this point

I have to deal with this every week. Can’t even get my map comp (known problem) because of this. The only two points we have are two camps, and only ONE of them is in our borderlands.

Transfers for wvw players isn’t the best idea but kitten what am i supposed to do? sit here and take this?

The best part is the catch 22, we start losing so people lose morale. Then we lose more and the circle repeats.

Have we not agreed that you do not need skill to win on this map?

when the match ends nothing matters anymore really. People are just messing around but no it doesn’t matter at all.

Has been a problem for a long time now and doesn’t look like it’s getting fixed anytime soon

It actually makes perfect sense if you think about it. Red is bad. Green is Good. Then you don’t have to think about what team colors to look at. You just look at the green or red text.

People will only get confused if they think Red means Red Team and Green means Blue Team

League of legends own toxicity was well in place WELL before the league play system. Toxicity in dota style games goes as far back as warcraft 3.

What you proposed is that Anet leaves this system in. This rank system is stale, provides almost 0 incentive to play. Anyone can reach rank 80, from a pro to a noob. The rank system does nothing to show skill, it only shows that you’ve played enough to get there.

So is this on purpose only available to one character at a time? I thought that just like the zenith skin you get from achievement points i would be able to withdraw as many as i would like and have them on different characters.

Did i just waste my gems? i wanted to have this on all my characters not just one

Ya, I’ve been looking for a purely sPvP guild lately too. I’ve been spamming every single solo queue match with it and unless your looking to be top 1000 it seems impossible to find one. Over 2 weeks of doing PvP dailies, I’ve gotten 2 whispers from guilds looking to be very competitive.

Yeah dude, honestly there must be 0 out there that dont take top 1k people. Most guilds i get into are pve and wvw and claim they have a spvp section lol. Well let me know dude i’m really stumped right now.

Title says it all, looking for an active pvp guild that has players looking to do team arenas. Do not want PvX, for i am not interested at all in pve or wvw, I only do sPvP.

Ok sorry yes screenshot is not Legacy of foefire, that’s because when i went into the NEXT match, there they were again! This time we stomped them out but still it was very tough to beat them just because of the petting zoo. Also yes, if you break the doors at the right time on legacy of the foefire they will stay broken.

Theres a reset for the doors, but thats BEFORE the game officially starts. enough time for four mm necromancers to come in and take both of them down. Also i really should have picked a better title but w.e at this point

What a fun match to play

Before you read: I don’t know if this has been posten or if a dev has stated wether they will work on this or not. Just mentioning something that should have been implemented since day one.

So i don’t know if anyone has ever posted about it, but i’m getting really tired of having to switch up my runes, amulet, weapons, and weapon mods every time i want to switch up my build.

Since this is a game centered around flexibility shouldn’t there be a system that holds our “builds”? GW1 had a perfect system for this, you could make the sets and switch them in an outpost instance. Why is this not out for PvP yet?

I suggest that a drop down menu is put in the hero equipment screen next to “Toggle town clothes” section. With this drop down you can pick from pre sets that you make yourself. So for example my first pre set would be my PvP corrupted ore set with nightmare runes, it would have my pvp staff/scepter dagger weps. then the second set would be my outrider set with dwayna runes, and my scepter dagger/ staff weps.

With these sets i can switch between my builds super quick. Now when we all of a sudden need a bunk before we queue up or some situation of the like we dont need to wait 5-10 minutes before i switch up my build.

Many typos but i dont feel like fixing them.
