Basically it’s a feature which will allow you to have preset builds and change them one to another when you are out of combat. And by build i mean traits AND armor.
It will allow to avoid leveling new character of the same class or having your bag stuffed with armors weapons accessories food and buffs leaving no room for anything else and wasting of time trying to remember which trait is which in each build to set them for every new fight.
It was also suggested to rework the pantl itself or to add a new one to fit 3 or more presets.

I don’t see your suggestion as being possible with a gem store item though. It would be more along the line of the wardrobe system, a complete reworking of the hero panel.

The only place i see is Guild Wars 2>>Forums>>forum>>Suggestions (Guild Wars 2>>Forums>>Archive>>Suggestions is the same thing)
