This is Adieuu from the InsomniacGamers[IG] guild on Yaks’ Bend

We stem from a 24/7 video game community that does all sorts of gaming @ http://InsomniacGamers.net
Our guild is currently 225+ members strong and continuing to grow.

Guild Agenda

Guild Focus
We are a PvX oriented guild with a WvW focus. Our guild consists of endgame veterans from a plethora of MMOS that are eager to explore Guild Wars 2. InsomniacGamers’ community is huge and Guild Wars 2 is just a small part of it. We realize that the majority of the endgame content is currently in WvW, which is what we want to focus on with regards to scheduled events. We do a fair bit of exploration mode of dungeons as well. However, scheduling days for a guild of over 200 seems redundant for a 5 man event. If the demand is strong enough we can consider doing this as well. Right now it is pretty much ask people if they want to go and there is always more than enough people willing to go do PvE.

With regards to doing tournaments in PvP we understand that some people may make their own tournament groups which is fine and dandy. We have more than enough skilled people in PvP if this is your cup of tea.

Recruitment
For the most part we’re in an open recruitment phase as the more people, the more guild influence we gather, and the bigger the group. It’s still really early in the game’s life so people are in the learning phase which is okay. A lot of applications wouldn’t really yield too much useful data so it’s a pointless bureaucratic process at this time. Our main requirement is that you ALWAYS represent the guild.

Guild Infrastructure
We’re trying to focus on the upgrades that are permanent in nature before we get the temporary buffs. Right now we’re pretty close to completing most of them with a few ways to go on the War, and Architecture area. Once we do that we’ll focus on setting temporary buffs to align with guild events, however for now we’ll queue up a few temporary in between so people receive this buff.
