Guild Wars 2

Both Armor and Character are showing up blurry but everything else is all high res.

There was this one build I was aiming for that I found in a chat between 2 peeps in Lion’s Arch, it mainly used 30 in Explosives and had 5 extra points to put in where ever when all the other points were spent, it loves to use the flamethrower but as soon I as got my 60 manual and it reset I forgot what the build was, can someone please shed some info on this?

Didn’t receive the gifts as well, tried to interact with the chest but nothing
