Ticket # 1281738 : Authenticator Issues
This is a post for my wife’s account, I am posting for her due to the fact she is unable to log in to her account since the account had been compromised some time ago after taking a break from the game. We have followed and taken all the steps to prevent further issues (including the suggestions from the initial response in the ticket) but have since heard nothing back from them stating that the authentication has been removed as requested. Please help!
