Hi.
I can’t equip my new Air-Filtration Device and I don’t know why. It may just be something small that I haven’t noticed yet, for example an incompability with my profession, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.
It just shows a red box and I can equip it instead of my mask, but I don’t think that’s the idea.
Even if it’s a rather mundane, I would appreciate some help. Thanks!

Thing is, it says it’s the same location every time, yet I still have to authenticate it.. I am only using GW2 on this one computer.

Since the past few days I’ve been needing to authenticate my IP address.. The game tells me it’s a new IP but I’ve only been using my own computer for this. I also have to do this every time I log into the GW2 forums. So why? Is it because I’ve enabled e-mail authentication? I haven’t changed my settings for a long time though.
