Still having this problem. I tried to log in to play tonight, and my account is suspended again for the third time in a week. As far as I can tell, I was never compromised to begin with the first time.

I don’t know what to do. Every time I want to play the game, I find that I cannot log in and have to go through a series of ticket correspondence that is taking at least one, and sometimes several days. As far as I can tell, no other IP has accessed my account, and my characters have been unmolested after each suspension is lifted.

If there is anything I can do that would allow me to actually play the game I purchased when I want to, I’d appreciate the insight. At this point, I’m pretty disappointed and frustrated.

Same problem, also. I’ll be honest, I’ve been looking forward to this game for a long time, and now this is probably the worst MMO experience I’ve ever encountered — and it has nothing to do with the actual game (just my ability to play it…).

So, I pre-ordered this game through Amazon, and received it at launch. I played some throughout that week and the next – no significant problems, and I was enjoying the game. After that, I got a little busy with work and didn’t get to play for while.

I tried logging in this past week, only to receive this error code “We have detected that your account may have been accessed by an unauthorized individual…”

I opened a ticket with support, and (eventually) received a response titled “Access Restored” and a canned response about my password being reset. I followed those instructions, reset my password successfully, tried to log in… and the error is still there. So, I relayed this information back to support via my ticket. After some requests for additional information, etc, they finally did fix the problem so I could log in. This whole process took several days.

Once “fixed”, I went ahead and enabled email authentication as suggested (I tried to set this up previously but the feature was initially broken or something). Upon logging in, no items or money were missing (granted I didn’t have much, but I imagine a hacker would have taken it anyways). I don’t really think there was any unauthorized access… but whatever. Everything was fixed and I was good to go. So I played some yesterday and started getting back into picking up the game.

I wake up today thinking I’d play a little more, try to log in, got the email authentication prompt so I checked my email, granted access, and… yep, “We have detected that your account may have been accessed by an unauthorized individual.”

Seriously? What gives here? I just want to play the game I purchased.
