I just found this thread as i am having the same issues using a credit card (unexpected error try again later). They all have balance and tried both cards and nothing. was hoping to get the same results as those who got their gems but sadly haven’t got mine.

Sorry for being impatient as i saved money to try and buy a ton of gems today… like 1,200 dollars worth for obvious reasons… ticket number is 914587. Since the last reply was like 14 days later, i wonder if most got their problems fixed.

Will still wait for the proper processing of course but i would like to know if someone got a quick fix on it that could help. Thanks and more power.

Hi just wanted to see if my ticket is still at que. Had serveral tickets #557148 account issue #565977 mobile authenticator created which was resolved to my satisfaction and now what is left is a roll back of the account before all my inventory, bank and equipment have been destroyed. An update would be much appreciated thanks.
