RE: GW2 two step verification problem
I am posting on behalf of my brother who was locked out of his account after a problem with two factor authentication app on android.
We have not received any replies from Customer Support except for the initial system generated email when we filed the ticket.
It’s been more than 4 days now.
I hope to hear from Support.
